French-Reneker-Associates has in-house staff trained to perform wetland delineations, prepare concepts for avoidance and minimization, and mitigation site design. Wetland delineations and related work are a common part of the environmental review process related to any federal involvement on a project. This includes projects funded under the following programs:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- State Revolving Fund (SRF) for Water and Sewer
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AIP Funding
- Economic Development Administration (EDA)
Delineations are also required if a project requires a Joint Permit review by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. French-Reneker-Associates is prequalified by the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) to perform these services on Iowa DOT funded projects.
