Congratulations to Davis and Keokuk Counties on receiving Iowa DOT State Recreational Trails grant funds for Phase 3 of the Davis County Trail and Phase 3 of the Keokuk County Belva Deer Trail. These projects received a total of $558,000 in grant funds for construction of their respective trail projects. This year, the SRT program received 39 applications requesting a total of $11,450,989 in grant funds. Davis and Keokuk Counties were two of the five projects awarded this year.
